On target

I was asked to make a card for a man's 60 birthday - he likes archery and walking. I decided to go with a CAS look with a downloaded archery picture, a letratag sentiment and a 'walking boots' wooden button. The card blank is a deep navy blue (I thought it needed a bit of contrast to the black in the archery picture - I think black background would have looked too stark.

Joining the team on Iris' spot

Having been selected as winner for challenge 14 on Iris' Spot, I won some lovely digis from Ellephantastic, but, having been selected as well for challenge 18, I was invited by Iris to join her Team 4 for the next two or three months.

I'm delighted to join Iris and Debra for challenge 19, where the topic is 'welcome'. We were given a couple of images by Digis by Phooka, who are sponsoring the challenge - one lucky winner will receive a $10 voucher.

I used the lovely Little Lamb digi on my card with some gentle shading with a copic pen. The background paper is PS baby colors stripes and other bits and pieces are from my baby box stash.

We would love you to join in Iris' challenge 19.
